Statuses of users

Statuses of users on this site:

0.) Guest - without the user account: you can add comments, use CAPTCHA, and vote for your favorite game.

1.) User - a user with an account: you can add comments without filling out a CAPTCHA, and vote for your favorite game.

2.) Moderator - the guardian of order: you can add and edit the game, and delete comments.

3.) Admin - responsible for the distribution of roles and technical side of the project.
